At Horiuchi Manufacturing Co., Ltd., we primarily focus on various machining processes using equipment such as NC turret punch presses, NC milling machines, CNC lathes, laser processing machines, and NC benders. We handle a wide range of products including exterior parts for small transformers, other metal press products, sheet metal processing, precision machining, lighting equipment parts, architectural hardware, and machine assembly. Additionally, with the introduction of the Amada fiber laser processing machine (ENSIS 3015 AJ), we are now able to process materials such as copper, brass, and aluminum, which we previously found challenging.
